1. Sponsor
The For a Job Well Done Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by For a Job Well Done, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, at the time of entry.
Entrants must either:
Have an existing student loan (federal, private, or Parent PLUS), or
Be a parent/guardian with an eligible Parent PLUS loan.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible.
Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM [EST] on [Nov 1, 2025] and ends at 11:59 PM [EST] on [Nov 31,2025] (“Entry Period”). Giveaway will begin at start of each month and end at the last day of each concurrent month. Sponsor reserves the right to modify Entry Period dates at its sole discretion.
5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Subscription Entry: Eligible participants who subscribe to the For a Job Well Done membership (which includes a monthly newsletter) will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled.
Free Mail-in Entry (Alternative Method of Entry, “AMOE”): To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address, phone number, and email address on a postcard and mail it to:

Must be postmarked during the Entry Period to be valid.
Limit: One entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
6. Prize(s)
Winner(s) will receive a payment or reimbursement toward their student loan in an amount and form determined by Sponsor.
Prize value and structure: The total advertised prize value will be honored within the stated fulfillment period. Sponsor may issue payments in variable amounts and intervals at its discretion, so long as the full prize value is satisfied.
Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a fair and impartial method.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within [5] business days of selection.
If winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize within [10] days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Verification
Winners must provide documentation to verify eligibility, including proof of student loan account (e.g., loan statement or account number), valid government-issued ID, and any additional forms required (such as a Publicity Release). Failure to provide verification may result in forfeiture of prize.
9. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, human error, lost entries, or delays.
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for administration of the Giveaway.
12. Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the courts in Boyd County, Kentucky.
13. Sponsor’s Right to Modify or Cancel
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud or technical issues.
14. Winners List
